Terms and Conditions of purchase
Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
You have the rights to receive goods that are of acceptable quality, free from defects and are durable, goods that are as described, match the example or description and that are fit for the purpose specified.
However under ACL you are not entitled to a refund simply because you change your mind. As you can understand most items are either small batch, one off, or made to order to your size.
If the item is faulty I will fix or replace the item at my discretion within three months from purchase date. Jewellery that has been mistreated is not covered by this guarantee.
